A loan forgiveness plan would basically take years and this is not a viable option for someone who wants to build a career. Moreover, these occupations are not economically rewarding. Some people with student loans would rather work in companies where they can get high remuneration as by earning more they can repay their loans in less time that it would take if they have obtained a forgiveness plan.
